Sexy Silhouettes Refund and Exchange Policy

If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with a purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 30 days of receipt (excluding delivery and service charges.) Please follow the instruction below:

• No visible signs that the shoes have been worn
• No damages or scratches on the surface or bottom of the merchandise(s)
• All clothing shall be in the original condition as received
• All items must be returned with the original packing slip within 30 days (from the date you received our product)
• For returns please fill out the Return/Exchange Form
• If exchanging please fill out the Return/Exchange Form and include it with the return of the original item
• Item(s) must be returned to us via a traceable shipping method (e.g. shipped via UPS ) with delivery confirmation (and all shipping costs pre-paid) C.O.D. returns will not be accepted
• We shall not be held liable for the lost or the re-shipping costs due to the incorrect address given by customer
• We shall not be held liable for any damages or lost merchandise caused during your returning transit. You are recommended to use UPS, Fedex or Insured Post for return shipment
• For exchanges please allow 1-6 weeks, after receipt of the original order
• We shall keep our right to choose directly credit back to you or to send a check for customer's refund
• For items returned after 30 days, Sexy Silhouettes will grant a credit of up to 50% of the item's value
